Aldo Tesi

ALDO TESI President and Chief Executive Officer of Election Systems &
Software, Inc Mr. Tesi joined ES&S in 1999 as President, and was
promoted to President and CEO in November, 2000. With a 25-year track
record of successfully building technology-based businesses, he was
clearly the right choice to lead the world’s largest elections-only
company. Before joining ES&S, Aldo served as President of First Data
Resources, a unit of First Data Corporation, the world’s largest third-
party credit card processing company. His ability to successfully lead a
variety of business operations from customer service to new product
development was a major factor in First Data’s tremendous growth during
the 1990’s. For 20 years, Aldo’s leadership enabled First Data Resources
to significantly expand its services and markets. His responsibilities
included sales, customer service, product development, systems and
programming as well as operations management.
