ALDO M.N. PETERSEN has been the Managing Director and a member of the
Board of Directors of the Company since January 1988. He also serves as
Chairman of the Board of each of the Company’s wholly-owned
subsidiaries, and is a principal investor of F.C. Copenhagen, the
Copenhagen professional soccer team.
