Alan P. Lindsay

ALAN P. LINDSAY is Chairman, President & CEO, and one of AZCO Mining’s
founders, has been responsible for arranging and financing the corporate
development and the building of the organization, important to the
success of the Company. Mr. Lindsay has an extensive background in
business management and marketing, and has been involved in the mining
business for the past 11 years. He has been at AZCO since 1989.
