After Nine Years

After nine years of executive management responsibility with
subsidiaries of Dover Corporation, RONALD R. BUDACZ led the spin-off
process for the Dii Group, Inc. (originally Dovatron International,
Inc.) from Dover in March 1993. Under his leadership as Chairman and CEO
of the Dii Group, the company has grown to $779 million in sales and
$35.3 million in net income in 1997 from $165 million in sales and $8.0
million in net income in 1993. Prior to joining Dover, Budacz spent
nearly 16 years with Bendix/Allied Signal, handling assignments in
engineering, quality, materials management, manufacturing and marketing.
Budacz received a bachelor’s degree in science from the College of
William and Mary, and a master’s in business administration from Old
Dominion University. He retired from the United States Army Reserve with
the rank of colonel.
