A. F. Petrocelli

A.F. PETROCELLI is Chairman, CEO, and President of Prime Hospitality
Corporation, a leader in the ownership and management of hotels and
resorts. Mr. Petrocelli is also Chairman, CEO, and 65% owner of United
Capital Corporation, a company engaged in the investment in and
management of real estate properties. In addition, he sits on the board
of directors of several companies including Nathans Famous Corp. and
Phillips International Realty Corp. Mr. Pertocelli is married and has
two daughters.
