A. Ernest Whiton

A. ERNEST WHITON is Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial
Officer of ZOLL Medical Corporation. Prior tXo joining ZOLL, Mr. Whiton
was Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Ionics, Inc. Prior to
Ionics, he was a Manager at Price Waterhouse and served in a variety of
financial roles at General Mills, Inc. and Kenner Parker Toys. Mr.
Whiton holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree
in Accountancy from Bentley College.
