MARK A. ALFIERI has been President and Chief Executive Officer of
site2shop.com, Inc. since 1991, when he helped found the company in its
original form. Prior to working at site2shop.com, Mr. Alfieri worked for
more than six years at other firms, where his responsibilities included
sales and marketing, developing businesses, managing employees, and
establishing new branches. He also managed various marketing contracts
for Sears, Roebuck and Company and other organizations. In 1984 Saleco,
Inc., based in Florida, named Mr. Alfieri Regional Director to supervise
outside sales operations. He has produced more than 100 half-hour
