George Kast – Global Water Technologies Inc (gwtrd.ob)

GEORGE A. KAST is the President and CEO of Global Water Technologies, Inc. In 1993, Mr. Kast founded Psychrometric Systems Inc. (PSI), which in 1997 merged with Fi-Tek, Inc. and became a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Water Technologies, Inc. Today, Global Water Technologies is the holding company for three subsidiaries: Psychrometric Systems, Inc., Applied Water Technologies, Inc, and Global Water Services, Inc. Prior to forming PSI, from 1983 to 1992 Mr. Kast was the Vice President of GEA/Thermal-Dynamic Towers, Inc. (TDT), in Lakewood, Colorado. In this position he was responsible for all the marketing activities and directly involved in the design and project management of cooling towers, including the design and creation of the pultruded fiberglass structural cooling towers.
