Dr. STEVEN POWELL is the Chief Operating Officer of KS Biomedix Holdings
Plc and is responsible for the Company's day-to-day operations. In
addition, Dr. Powell's role is to focus on the late-stage development
and commercialisation of KSB's product portfolio, particularly its two
new anti-arthritic drugs -CBF-BS2 and CB-2431. Dr. Steven Powell, who
joined the Company in December 1999, was formerly Chief Executive
Officer with Actinova Ltd, a biopharmaceutical subsidiary of Active
Biotech AB (Sweden). Prior to Actinova, Dr. Powell was Director of
