GARY S. BLANDFORD is President and Chief Executive Officer of ITI
Education Corporation. Mr. Blandford holds an Economics degree from
Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax, Nova Scotia and believes
life-long learning is vital to maintaining a competitive advantage in
the new knowledge economy. He is a believer in team-based learning and
helped foster this culture into ITI's curriculum and within ITI's day-
to-day work operations and considers it key to the company's success. He
is a member of the Board of Directors for the Information Technology
Association of Canada (ITAC), Canada's leading IT advocacy organization.
Within his community Mr. Blandford has contributed significant
expertise, equipment and software to programs providing elementary and
junior high school students with access to information technology. He is
a supporter of the QEII Cancer Foundation, Unicef and other community-
