LARRY BOHN, as President and CEO of NetGenesis Corporation, is
responsible for overseeing NetGenesis' business, product strategy and
direction. Prior to joining the company, he served as President of PC
DOCS, Inc., a leading developer of document management software for
enterprise networks. Under his leadership, PC DOCS' product advanced to
the number one market position, and revenue grew from $6 million to $50
million. Mr. Bohn also led the company's highly successful US public
offering. Prior to PC DOCS, Mr. Bohn was Senior Vice President of
Marketing and Business Development at Interleaf, Inc., where he defined
and implemented a corporate strategy that put its electronic publishing
solutions in a top market position and helped grow the business
substantially. A recognized thought leader, Mr. Bohn has spoken at
leading industry events such as Comdex, the Personalization Summit, and
Seybold. He is also a Founder and the first President of OASIS ' the
industry consortium promoting XML adoption. Mr. Bohn is a Magna Cum
Laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and holds a
Master's of Arts degree in Structural Linguistics from Clark University. Profile
