RICHARD T. FEDOR is GameTech's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He
is a co-Founder of GameTech and held the positions of Chairman of the
Board and CEO from 1994 until March 1998. Mr. Fedor was also the
company's President from 1994 until August 1, 1997. On August 1, 1999,
Mr. Fedor was reinstated as GameTech's Chief Executive Officer. From
1991 to 1994, Mr. Fedor's occupation was that of a private investor.
Previously, Mr. Fedor was President of ZYGO Corporation, a manufacturer
of high performance, laser-based electro-optical measuring instruments,
from 1987 to 1991. From 1985 to 1987, Mr. Fedor held the position of
Operations Vice President at International Game Technology (IGT). Mr.
Fedor has also held various senior management positions at Hewlett
