DR RAMESH TRIVEDI has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of
Integrated Surgical Systems Inc. since 1995. Prior to that, he was the
Principal of California Biomedical Consultants (an international
consulting firm); President and CEO of DigiRad Corporation (a medical
imaging company); and held a senior management posion with a major
