GARY C. KELLY, CPA, is the Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial

includes: Arthur Young & Company, Dallas, Texas ' Certified Public
Accountant and Audit Manager; Systems Center, Inc., Irving, Texas '
mainframe Software Development, Sales and Support Controller; Southwest
