RANDY G. MORRIS is CEO of The Translation Group. From 1994 to 1998, he
was Director of Engineering, Advanced Technology Division, Member of
Software Engineering Process Group at Novell, Inc. Mr. Morris was
instrumental in growing OEM business by $22M during the first year of
active OEM sales. Mr. Morris participated in Software Engineering
Process Group as an Object-Oriented Analysis expert and helped write
Novell's Product Life Cycle development methodology. The Advanced
Technology Division was sold to Lernout & Hauspie in 1998; Mr. Morris
then worked for Lernout & Hauspie as the senior manager from 1998 until
becoming CEO of The Translation Group. From 1993 to 1994 he was the
owner, and Consultant of Software Technology & Tools, an OOA/D
consulting firm. From 1991 to 1993, at Libra Corporation Mr. Morris was
a Software Engineer. He was also a Softaware Engineer with Unisys
Corporation from 1985 to 1991. From 1984 to 1985, Mr. Morris was with
Database Management Corp. as a Programmer. From 1982 to 1984, he was a
consultant with Barratt & Company. Mr. Morris attended Brigham Young
University, Provo, UT, from 1976 to 1982, where he received a BS in
Business Management, Finance, with minors in Accounting and Economics. Profile

Mr. Morris: The company itself, TGL, started in approximately 1995. TGL
is a holding company.
