HELMUT FLEISCHMANN is the Chairman of the Managing Board of Brain Force
Software AG. He founded the IT consultancy company Helmut Fleischmann
in October 1983, which was transformed into the predecesor of Brain
Force Software GmbH (today Brain Force Software AG) in December 1985.
From this point onwards he was managing partner of Brain Force Software
GmbH. Following the transformation to Aktiengesellschaft in 1998, he
became Chairman of the Managing Board. Mr Fleischmann is responsible
for the strategic development of the Company in Europe. He manages the
Operations Unit, which comprises staff recruitment and human resources
management, project management, and the new WebL@b and Call Centre
units. Mr Fleischmann has over 16 years experience in sales and
management in the IT area. Beforehand, he worked for three years with
