Kenneth M. Cohen – Synbiotics Corp (sbio)

KENNETH M. COHEN is President and Chief Executive Officer of Synbiotics Corporation, which he joined in May, 1996. Previously, Mr. Cohen was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Canji Incorporated, a leading gene-therapy company, until its acquisition by Schering-Plough Corporation in February 1996. Prior to joining Canji, Mr. Cohen was Vice President of Business Affairs at Argus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (now known as Aronex Pharmaceuticals), and Vice President for Marketing and Business Development for LifeCell Corporation. Mr. Cohen also served in various position of increasing responsibility during 10 years at Eli Lilly and Company, Inc., including Director of Business Planning for the medical instrument systems division (now known as Guidant Corp.) and marketing manager responsible for the launch of Prozac_. Mr. Cohen received an A.B. in biology and chemistry from Dartmouth College in 1976 and his M.B.A. in 1978 from the Wharton School. Profile
