DONALD C. LIES is President and CEO of RSI Systems (NASDAQ:RSIS)
manufacturers of professional quality video conferencing engines. RSI's
Video Flyer product is sold worldwide into the following markets: legal,
financial, manufacturing, health care, education, government,
consulting, research, engineering, law enforcement. Mr. Lies has spent
the past 25 years in sales and marketing with IBM, as Vice President of
Norstan Information Systems, and most recently as President of Chorus
Marketing Group. He has successfully packaged high technology/high
performance products into easy to understand and operate tools for
executives, decision makers and knowledge workers. By helping
organizations reengineer the workflow process within their own
structure, he has brought to the front technology that can cost
effectively streamline the access to information and the ability to

Mr. Lies: The company was formed in 1993 by a group of engineers with
the
