ELIZABETH BOLAND is Chief Financial Officer of Bright Horizons Family
Solutions, Inc., responsible for the financial management of the
company, including the implementation of financial policies and
procedures and the development of a flexible infrastructure to support
quality and growth. Prior to joining Bright Horizons, Inc., in September
1997, Ms. Boland was Chief Financial Officer of The Visionaries Inc., an
independent television production company. From 1990-1994, Ms. Boland
served as Vice President-Finance for The Olsten Corporation, a publicly
traded provider of home-healthcare and temporary staffing services. From
1981-1990, she worked on the audit staff at Price Waterhouse LLP in
Boston, completing her tenure as a Senior Audit Manager. Ms. Boland is a
