PATRICK M. JAECKLE has served as President of HealthGrades.com, Inc.
since January 2000. He was previously Executive Vice President of
Corporate Development of its predecessor company, Specialty Care
Network, Inc. since its inception in 1995. From February 1994 through
March 1996, Mr. Jaeckle served as Director of Healthcare Corporate
Finance at Morgan Keegan & Co., Inc., a position he held since joining
the firm. Previously, Mr. Jaeckle was a member of the healthcare groups
at both CS First Boston and Smith Barney. Prior to his career in
investment banking, Mr. Jaeckle was a member of the International
Business Development Group at Merck & Company. Mr. Jaeckle received an
MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from the University of Texas
