Terry Hemmings – Digital Medical Systems

TERRY HEMMINGS is President and Chief Executive Officer of Digital Medical Systems. He is responsible for the development and implementation of company strategy. Mr. Hemmings leads mergers and acquisitions and manages day-to-day operations. Additionally, he helps lead the development of finance and new strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Digital Medical Systems, Mr. Hemmings was President and CEO of MusicTrust Technologies Company LLC, an entity involved in digital rights and property management solutions for the music industry. MusicTrust was sold to Reciprocal Technologies in September 1998. From 1987 to 1996 he was the President and CEO at Reunion Entertainment Group, Reunion Records and Music Publishing, the record label for artists such as Amy Grant and Michael W. Smith. While at Reunion, he was responsible for a 15-time increase in revenues. In July 1995, Mr. Hemmings oversaw the sale of Reunion Records to Bertelsomann Music Group. For four years prior to Reunion, Mr. Hemmings worked as an Investment Broker for J.C. Bradford and Company in Nashville, Tennessee.
