PAUL W. MILLER has over nineteen years of financial and operational
management experience with a strong emphasis in healthcare. Prior to
joining Claimsnet.com, Mr. Miller served as Chief Financial Officer and
Vice-President of Quality Management Services for Sweetwater Health
Enterprises, Inc. He also spent seven years in the independent clinical
laboratory industry with SmithKline Beecham Clinical Laboratories and
Nichols Institute North Texas, where he had financial, administrative,
licensure and client service management responsibilities. Mr. Miller
also has extensive experience with several commercial software
businesses and has been involved in a number of merger and acquisition
transactions. He began his career in the audit division of Arthur
