STANTON M. PIKUS, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the
Board of Directors, was a founder of Canterbury Information Technology,
Inc. (1981). He graduated from The Wharton School of the University of
Pennsylvania (BS., Economics and Accounting) in 1962. From 1968 until
1984 he had been President and majority stockholder of Brown, Bailey and
Pikus, Inc., a mergers and acquisitions consulting firm that had
completed more than 20 transactions. In addition, Mr. Pikus has been
retained in the past by various small- to medium-sized public companies
in the capacity of an independent financial consultant. Profile

Mr. Pikus: Canterbury was formed in 1981. We went public in 1986. It was
