TERJE LAUGERUD has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of
ECsoft Group Plc since July 1994. Mr. Laugerud was a co-founder in 1982
of the company that formed the Norwegian operation of the Company's
predecessor and served as General Manger of the Nordic operation of the
Company's predecessor from 1985 to 1994. Prior to 1984, Mr Laugerud
