MICHAEL J. BOYLE is President and Chief Executive Officer of Elcotel,
Inc. Mr. Boyle has over 25 years experience in the telecommunications
and computer technology industry. He was appointed as President and CEO
of the company on October 15th, 1999. Prior to assuming his current
responsibilities he was President and CEO of Phoenix Wireless Group,
Inc. He held that position from January 1998 until the acquisition of
Phoenix by Lucent Technologies in June of 1999. From May of 1991 to
January 1998 he served as Senior Vice President of Operations for
Fujitsu Business Communications Systems (a wholly owned subsidiary of
Fujitsu Limited) a provider of telecommunications equipment for
enterprise customers and private backbone networks. From June 1989 to
May 1991 he served as Division President of Bell & Howell Corporation
and from May 1982 to June 1989 he served as Vice President and General
Manager at ROLM/IBM. Previously, Mr. Boyle held a variety of sales and
management roles for the Xerox Corporation. He holds a Masters in
Management degree from Northwestern University Kellogg School of
