ERIC SYZ is Managing Director of Banque Syz & Co SA in Geneva,
specialising in asset management for high net worth individuals. Before
founding Banque Syz & Co SA in 1995, he spent ten years with Lombard
Odier & Cie in Geneva, where he was a member of the Board of Management.
He was responsible for the products of the group, particularly for
mutual funds. From 1990 to 1993, he was Chief Executive of Corraterie
Conseils, the merchant bank arm of Lombard Odier & Cie. Prior to this
assignment, he was an Investment Manager for institutional assets. From
1981 to 1984, he was a Vice-president with Paine Webber International in
New York, co-ordinating the activity of their international offices. Profile
