ANDREA RIFFESER MONTI is the Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of
Poligrafici Editoriale S.p.A. He is also the Chairman and Managing
Director of Monrif S.p.A. The Monrif group publishes among other, three
daily newspapers, "Il Resto del Carlino", "La Nazione" and "Il Giorno",
with an average circulation of 600, 000 copies. Mr Riffeser is married
with three children, and his main interest is horse riding (competition
