JACQUES BOISVERT has nearly 40 years of experience in the pharmaceutical
industry, both nationally and internationally. He started his career as
a medical representative with Ayerst Laboratories and worked his way
through sales and marketing to his first presidency with Squibb Canada
in 1979. He also led ICN and Sterling Winthrop Inc., as President of
their Canadian operation. Internationally, he was President of Squibb
Pacific with management responsibilities extending to 11 countries and
also as President of Sanofi where his major goal was to ensure the
successful alliance of these two companies around the world. Adding to
his extensive experience in the innovator pharmaceutical industry, Mr.
Boisvert also spent four years as General Manager of Novopharm Quebec
leading the number one generic company in this province. In December
1998, he was appointed President and CEO of Technilab Pharma. Profile
