DAVID VAN MORRIS is President and CEO of Infonautics Corporation and is
a board member of Half.com and a yet-to-be-named Internet Education
company created by Infonautics and Bell & Howell Company. Mr. Morris has
more than 20 years of experience in general management and marketing at
high technology companies. Prior to joining Infonautics, he worked with
Legent Corporation as Vice President and General Manager for its
Distributed Systems Management Division. Before his role at Legent, Mr.
Morris had been Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for the Data
Center Management Division of Goal Systems which merged with Legent in
1992. Previously, Mr. Morris held several marketing and management
positions at UCCEL Corporation and IBM. Mr. Morris is married with two
children. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Duke
