Noel J. Guillama – Metropolitan Health Networks (mdpa)

Noel J. Guillama is the founder, president and CEO of Metropolitan Health Networks, Inc. He has earned national recognition for his expertise as a health care consultant to various private health care providers, medical groups, investor-owner companies, institutional providers, home health care companies and HMO clients. He has consulted on various development issues, physician networks, IPAs, group organization, practice management, electronic medical records, information systems management, and mergers & acquisitions of physician practices, diagnostic companies and public and private health care providers. In this capacity, he also advises companies on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to launching Metropolitan Health Networks, Inc., Mr. Guillama served as director, vice president and chief operating officer of a South Florida-based, fully integrated health care delivery system. In this capacity, Mr. Guillama was involved in all facets of the company's growth and development. He supervised the operations of six multi-specialty medical centers and one Miami area-based advanced facility which handled nearly 7,000 monthly patient encounters, from a base of 14,000 patients. Mr. Guillama is a member of the Medical Group Management Association, the Financial Management Society, the American College of Health Care Executives, the American Management Association, and the Health Care Management Association. He has been licensed by the National Association of Security Dealers, the Florida Insurance Commission and the Florida Department of Banking.
