WILLIAM C. STYSLINGER III is Chairman, President and Chief Executive
Officer of SeaChange International. Mr. Styslinger has more than 25
years' experience developing and managing business opportunities. Most
recently, as part of Digital Equipment Corp.'s senior management team,
he created and managed its Cable Television Business Unit. This Business
Unit developed Digital's metropolitan area data communication services,
and distributed information servers and administration systems for Cable
Television. Prior to this, Mr. Styslinger was selected as Digital's
executive assistant in the office of the president where he focused on
strategic planning. Previously, Mr. Styslinger managed New York
Financial Business and grew it from $5 million to $250 million. In this
capacity he oversaw more than 1000 sales, engineering, marketing and
service personnel. He also launched Digital's 'ALL-IN-1' integrated
office system, which became the industry leader and garnered annual
system revenue in excess of a billion dollars in the mid 1980s. Mr.
Styslinger holds a BS degree in Applied Mathematics from the University
