Robert D. Steele – Stellarton Energy Corporation (srt.a)

ROBERT D. STEELE is the CEO of Stellarton Energy Corporation and has been its President since 1996. From 1994 to 1996, he was President of Stellarton Resources and Secure Oil Tools. Prior to Stellarton, Mr. Steele worked at Canadian Hunter Exploration Limited for eleven years in various capacities: most recently as VP, Deep Basin Business Unit. Mr. Steele was employed at Imperial Oil Limited/Esso Resources Canada for 13 years: 1981 to 1983-Manager, Reservoir Geology, Exploration Department (Calgary); 1979 to 1981-Sr. Supervisor, Reservoir Engineering (Esso Production Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia); 1978 to 1979-Business Services (Calgary). Mr. Steele received a B.Sc., Electrical Engineering (1970) and a Bachelor of Science, Mathematics & Physics (1968) both from the University of Saskatchewan and Sr. Matriculation-Central Collegiate, Moose Jaw (1964). His other activities include: Children's Sports ' coach, organizer, and board member for community hockey; Community Activities ' past president of Silver Springs Community Association; Calgary Educational Partnership Foundation ' Founding Chairman; Society of Petroleum Engineers ' Member (since 1976), Section Chairman, Board Member, and Treasurer.
