MARC J. OPPENHEIMER has served as the President, Chief Executive Officer
and a Board member of Crystallex International Corporation since
February 1995. Mr. Oppenheimer had a varied and impressive business
career before joining KRY. Among the major companies at which he was
formerly an Officer are Chase Manhattan Bank, and MidAtlantic
NationalBank. He has also served as Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of a multinational, publicly traded company.
Immediately before joining KRY, Mr. Oppenheimer was engaged in merchant
banking activities, and was a consultant to the company. Profile
