KENNETH A. 'KIP' KOKINAKIS, President and Chief Executive Officer Since
January of 1996, Mr. Kokinakis has directed Aureal's efforts in
developing, producing and marketing leading-edge digital audio solutions
for the PC marketplace. Prior to joining Aureal, he was CEO and
Managing Director of Memec (Asia-Pacific) Ltd., a substantial sales unit
of Memec International Components Group with operations throughout Asia.
Memec enjoyed significant growth in revenues and profitability under Mr.
Kokinakis' leadership. Prior to joining Memec in 1990, he held various
sales and marketing positions with Microchip Technology, Xilinx and
Silicon Systems. Mr. Kokinakis has been involved in the semiconductor
