Ian K. Nakamoto – Svc O’donnell Mutual Funds

IAN K. NAKAMOTO is a Director, Portfolio Management, for SVC O'Donnell Mutual Funds. Mr. Nakamoto joined Strategic Value Corp. in September, 1997. He has over 12 years experience as a portfolio manager and a total of 18 years of investment experience in the Canadian equity market. Prior to joining Strategic Value Corp., he was Vice President and Portfolio Manager at a major investment management firm, where he co- chaired the Canadian equity team and managed a Canadian equity fund. Prior to this he was part of a Canadian equity team, which managed $3 billion in assets on behalf of clients, including pension funds and high net worth individuals. Mr. Nakamoto has a B.Sc. degree from the University of Windsor, an M.B.A. degree from McMaster University and has earned his C.F.A. designation. Mr. Nakamoto manages the Strategic Value Canadian Equity, Strategic Value Canadian Equity Value, and Strategic Value Canadian Small Companies Funds. He is also responsible for all large cap Canadian equity selections for the Strategic Value Series of Funds and currently manages over $400 million on behalf of unitholders.
