John Ricardi – Micro-imaging Technology (mmtc)

JOHN RICARDI joined MIT in August 2007. Mr. Ricardi brings 30 years of experience in commercializing and developing sales for high technology products and systems. He most recently served as Vice President Sensor Products at JMAR Technologies where he led the development and commercialization of the company's water monitoring system since its conception. Prior to that, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of NTec Systems Corporation, an emerging Canadian semiconductor equipment company. From 2000 to 2002, he served as President and CEO of Advanced Laser and Fusion Technology Inc., where he was instrumental in converting the company from a research and development operation to a viable commercial corporation. TWST: Give us a history of your company.

Mr. Ricardi: Micro Imaging Technology or MIT, as we call ourselves, was

initially formed as Electropure in 1979 as a California Corporation. We did
