Randall L. Fewel started at Northwest Bancorporation, Inc. as Senior Vice
President and Commercial Loan Officer in 1994. He was promoted to Executive Vice
President and Chief Operating Officer in 1999, elected to the Board of Directors
in 2000, and promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer in July 2001.
Since he become CEO, the Bank has grown from $180 million in total assets to
$400 million, and from $15 million in shareholders equity to $36 million. Profile
