Larry D. Hartwig – California Community Bank (cabk)

LARRY D. HARTWIG has served as California Community Bank's Chief Executive Officer since it opened in August2003, and prior to that was actively involved in the organization of the Bank. In January2005, he was also appointed as the Bank's President. Mr.Hartwig has over 40 years of banking experience, including 17 years as a community bank chief executive officer and director. From July1999 through May2002, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of California Independent Bancorp and its subsidiary, Feather River State Bank, both located in Northern California. Prior to that, he served nine years as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of SC Bancorp and Southern California Bank, based in Anaheim. Before joining SC Bancorp he spent 23 years with Bank of America, including six years in San Diego as Regional Senior Vice President in charge of SanDiego County, Orange County and the Eastern California Region. Mr.Hartwig has been an active member of the SanDiego community. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Community Bankers of California and the California Bankers Association Independent Group Insurance Trust Committee.He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Finance from the University of Nebraska.
