Dale W. Smith has been associated with Meeder Financial as Chief Financial
Officer/ Chief Investment Officer since March 2005. He brings 23 years of
financial services experience to Meeder, with previous positions as Senior Vice
President, Financial Services at BISYS Fund Services from 1999 to 2004 and
Senior Vice President, Fund Accounting at BISYS Fund Services from 1996 to 1999. Profile
Clinton Brewer has been a Portfolio Manager with Meeder Financial since June
2008. Prior to joining Meeder, he spent several years from 2004 to 2008 in
various equity research positions for FTN Financial and KeyBanc Capital Markets.
