DWAYNE FOSSEEN is the CEO and Founder of Mirenco Inc. He has more than 30 years
in the diesel engine business and has acquired several patents for diesel
emission management. Mr. Fosseen was instrumental in directing major EPA
certification testing at Ortech International, an international EPA certified
emission testing laboratory headquartered in Mississauga, Canada. He founded
Fosseen Manufacturing and Development, Ltd., which developed and marketed
alternative fuel systems to reduce emissions. Since the inception of FMD's
technology in 1976 and through the developing stages of the Mirenco products,
Mr. Fosseen has had experience on the effects of the diesel combustion
management process. He has worked with the professors and staff in the
Department of Mechanical Engineering at Iowa State University and ORTECH
International, an EPA certified lab, for approximately 10 years and spearheaded
research into the use and effects of matching an engine's fuel injection to it's
real-time ability to burn fuel as the engine ages. From the late 1970s through
the early 1990s, independent tests on Mr. Fosseen's patented products have been
conducted by accredited third parties in Canada and the US. Numerous

Mr. Fosseen: Mirenco was incorporated February 24, 1997, to market
