PETER CUNNINGHAM, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Gamma Pharmaceuticals
Inc., is a senior executive with extensive experience in the international
pharmaceutical industry. He has worked for approximately 10 years in the
pharmaceutical industry and an additional 10 years consulting to the
pharmaceutical industry with some of the best known companies in the industry,
including Glaxo Smith Kline, Bristol Myers Squibb, Baxter, Becton Dickinson,
Novartis & Roche and, most recently, AXM. Mr. Cunningham's consulting practice
was established as a joint venture with Coopers & Lybrand
(PricewaterhouseCoopers). Products Mr. Cunningham has launched, developed or
marketed worldwide generate more than US$800 million in sales annually. He has
an MBA from George Washington University and an undergraduate degree in
