HENRY J. SANDRI is the President and CEO of Duluth Metals Limited. Dr. Sandri is
a mineral economist and has been involved in the mineral, energy, power and
transport industries for over 30 years. His experience includes project and
operational management, strategic planning and business development, economic
and financial evaluation, project finance, and negotiations. He has worldwide
experience in metals and minerals, including copper, nickel and platinum group
metals. Dr. Sandri has held positions in management, finance, planning, and
operations with Select Resources, K&M Engineering, Behre Dolbear & Company, Inco
Limited and Burlington Northern Inc. His early career included positions at Booz
Allen Hamilton Inc., The American Iron & Steel Institute, and The World
Bank. He is a former Adjunct Professor of Economics and Finance at the Colorado
School of Mines and an Adjunct Professor of Energy Resources and Natural
Resource Economics at The Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Dr. Sandri obtained his BSc in Foreign Service (International Trade and
Transportation) from Georgetown University in 1974, an MA in Applied Economics
from The American University in 1978 and a PhD in Mineral Economics from the
Colorado School of Mines in 1991. Profile
