FRANK DALENE, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hamptons Luxury
Homes, Inc., is a co-Founder of: Hamptons Luxury Homes, Telemark, Inc., and its
affiliated companies, and is President/CEO of Telemark, Inc. He received his
Bachelor of Arts degree from Nyack College. He has shared his knowledge and
experience on the Advisory Board for Custom Builder magazine and Custom Builder
National Conference and Expo. He served as an Advisory Board member for The
American Council of Construction Consultants, served as Chairman of the
Education Committee and Chairman of the East End Chapter and Board of Directors
of the Long Island Builders Institute. He served on the Board of Directors of
the New York State Builders Association and the National Association of Home
Builders. Mr. Dalene currently serves on the Executive Board and Chairs the
Membership Committee of the East End Chapter of the Long Island Builders
Institute. He currently serves as President of the East Hampton Lions Club. He
served on the Energy Star Committee, Large Homes on Small Lots Committee and
currently on the Energy and Light Committee of the Town of East Hampton. He is a
member of the Long Island Builders Institute, New York State Builders
Association, National Association of Home Builders and East Hampton Lions Club.
Mr. Dalene was a seminar speaker at the Custom Builder National Conference and
Expo, titled ""Million Dollar Secrets," "Risky Business: How to Protect Yourself
and Your Business Legally," "Innovations in Building Luxury Homes: New
Construction Techniques." He was invited to speak at the Long Island Builders
Institute's, The New Millennium Associate Trade Show seminar titled
"Construction Management." His article titled "Good Contracts Encourage Clients
to Share the Risks," was published in Custom Builder magazine's January/February
1998 issue and his article titled "Construction Administration", was published
in Builder & Remodelor magazine's February 2003 issue. He served as a judge for
American Homestyle and Gardening Kitchen and Bath Design Contest and Custom Home
magazine's 2001 Custom Home Design Awards. Mr. Dalene received the National
Leadership Award, the 1999, 2003, 2004 Businessman of the Year Award, 2000
Republican of the Year Award, the 2004 Ronald Reagan Republican Gold Medal Award
and the Congressional Medal of Distinction from the National Republican
Congressional Committee, (NRCC). He also participated in the NRCC - 2000 Tax
Summit as a VIP Delegate, at the Convention Workshop 2000 as a Republican
Delegate Advisor, Republican Election Advisory Board Meeting as a Senior
Election Advisor representing the State of New York, as a member of the House
Majority Trust, in 2002 became a member of the Republican Presidential Task
Force and in 2005 served on the NRCC's Business Advisory Council at the 7th
