PETER GELARDI is Managing Director of World Telecom. Mr. Gelardi
graduated from the RAF College, Cranwell and spent five years as a pilot
in the Royal Air Force. After four years in the insurance industry, he
became Managing Director of Roam Waddington Ltd. Mr. Gelardi completed
an MBA at Aston University in 1975 and then joined the Chloride Group
plc as Acquisitions Manager, becoming Managing Director of their
companies in East Africa. After leaving Chloride he established
Amalgamated Alloys Ltd in Kenya, which he successfully sold in 1988. In
1990 he launched Jazz FM, the first new commercial radio station in
London for 17 years. He is one of the founders of World Telecom. Profile
