Telecommunications Outlook : Francis Woollen – Goldman Sachs

FRANCIS WOOLLEN joined Goldman Sachs in December 1997, moving from UBS with Deborah Collins. He worked as a European telecomunications analyst at UBS for three years and at Paribas for seven. Prior to this, Francis worked within the telecommunications industry as a equipment design manager for eight years. Francis graduated from Birmingham University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Science of Resources.
