DAN TRAMPUSH brings over 27 years of telecommunications industry
experience to GST Telecommunications. As Chief Financial Officer he is
charged with directing and controlling all financial activities, as well
as identifying and directing the Company's long-range financial
objectives and strategies. Mr. Trampush has played a key role in the
re-alignment of GST's focus on its core telecom, broadband, and data
services, as well as the Company's improved financial performance.
During his tenure as a Partner with Ernst & Young's Telecommunications
Consulting practice in Washington D.C., Mr. Trampush provided a wide
range of financial and business advisory services in the areas of
business planning, corporate strategy, financial forecasting, product
profitability, service costing, and acquisitions. His diverse
communications clientele included major domestic and international
wireline, wireless and cable television companies such as Bell Canada,
Bell Atlantic and Time-Warner Communications. Furthermore, Mr. Trampush
has extensive experience working with the Federal Communications
Commission and state regulatory agencies. He participated in the FCC's
rewrite of the Uniform System of Accounts. He has presented expert
testimony before the FCC, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, various
state regulatory commissions, and the federal courts. Profile
