Masaki Naito – Fuji Investment Management Co Ltd

RAYMOND A. WORSECK is vice president, chief economist and manager of economic research for A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. a national investment firm with the industry's fourth-largest retail distribution network, encompassing more than 6,000 investment professionals in 560 offices throughout 48 states and the District of Columbia. He also serves as coordinator of A.G. Edwards' Investment Strategy Committee. Prior to joining A.G. Edwards in 1969, Mr. Worseck was involved in commodity price research in St. Louis. He holds a master's degree in economics from St. Louis University. Mr. Worseck has served as president of the Research Division of the Futures Industry Association and of the St. Louis chapter of the National Association of Business Economists. He has also served on the Board of Governors for the St. Louis Society of Financial Analysts. Currently, he also serves on the economic advisory committee of the Public Securities Association, and is listed in Who's Who in Finance and Industry and Who's Who in America. Mr. Worseck has appeared on numerous programs as a speaker on the economy, futures markets, the outlook for the dollar, interest rates and the stock market. He has been interviewed on ABC's "Good Morning America," PBS television's "Nightly Business Report" and CNBC. responsibilities and duties with A.G. Edwards?

Mr. Worseck: The primary responsibility as Chief Economist is to manage

our small
