PASCAL BOISSY graduated with an E.C.S. (Ecole Superieure de Commerce:
High Business School) in 1968. After his military service and after 3
years in a bank as Assistant Manager, he joined Virbac in 1973. Since
this time, he has been respectively appointed as Administration and
Financial Manager, then General Secretary , then General Manager, Member
of the Board and finally President of the Group in 1992 after the sudden
decease of the President and founder of the Company. In 1973, sales of
Virbac were $3 million (U.S.) and in 1998, Virbac Group sales will be
over $250 million (U.S.). Pascal Boissy is also President or Chairman of
many Virbac subsidiaries and specifically in the U.S., where he is
Chairman of the Board of Virbac, Inc. He is a Rotarian, a Member of the
Advisor Board of the 'Banque de France' in Nice and has been appointed
as 'Conseiller du Commerce Exterieur' (Advisor for Foreign Trade) by the
