Terry Brown – Caymas Systems Inc

TERRY BROWN, President and CEO is a co-founder of Caymas and brings nearly twenty years of network infrastructure experience to the company. Mr. Brown was previously a Vice President and General Manager at Cisco Systems. He led the seven site, 900 employee strong, marketing, engineering and advanced product development teams for the industry's first Layer 1 - 3 multiservice optical networking product line. Previously, Mr. Brown was an Area Vice President of Sales at Cisco leading over 400 worldwide personnel. Mr. Brown was Vice President of Field Operations at Cerent Corporation Cerent's marketing, sales, and customer service, prior to Cisco's $7 billion acquisition of Cerent. From 1993 through 1997, he led Advanced Fibre Communications' sales efforts, securing over one half of their customer base for AFC's next generation access solutions. AFC went public in 1996 (NASDAQ: AFCI). Mr. Brown had extensive experience in technical marketing, product management and sales with Teradyne. He started his career as an Engineer at Indiana Bell and was a Staff Manager at Ameritech Services. He holds a BSEE degree from University of Notre Dame and an MBA in marketing and economics from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. TWST: Would you begin with a brief historical sketch of Caymas and a

picture of the things you are doing at the present time?

Mr. Brown: Caymas is about two years old, based in Northern
