JAMES CODE, Chief Financial Officer of Epic Data International Inc.,
manages the company's financial structure and corporate services and
oversees its relationships with financial institutions, investors and
government agencies. Prior to joining Epic Data, he served as the Chief
Financial Officer at BC Research Inc. for four years where he played a
key role as part of the team that restructured and transformed the
formerly government-supported organization into a privately held,
profitable corporation. Mr. Code also served for five years as a
Chartered Accountant at Ernst and Young's Entrepreneurial Services
Group. In this role, he provided audit, taxation and insolvency services
to a variety of clients. He was made a member of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants of British Columbia in 1990 after graduating from
Simon Fraser University with a degree in Business Administration. Profile
